Phoenix, AZ (July 29, 2021) – Citing the need to enhance player experiences, the Arizona Lottery has moved its Tucson office to 2955 E. Grant Rd., where a more spacious office and lobby serve Southern Arizona residents who need to claim prizes or wish to purchase a diverse selection of lottery tickets. The new location also features the state’s first Lottery “Drive Thru,” for customers seeking the convenience of redeeming tickets or purchasing games all from the comfort of their cars.
Now in its 40th year, the Arizona Lottery has had a physical presence in Tucson since 1996. In recent years, there have been several big Southern Arizona winners, including:

“Our expansion and the addition of a Drive Thru is all about offering improved services and a better player experience in Southern Arizona,” said Arizona Lottery Executive Director Gregg Edgar. “We invite everyone to come check out our new games, relax and play in our spacious lounge, and use our new photo wall to mark their memorable Lottery moments and big wins. Also, remember that every dollar spent on Lottery tickets helps vital programs and services that make all of Arizona a better place to live, work and play.”
Lobby hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Drive-thru hours are 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Players can redeem 15 tickets at the drive-thru, up to a total of $599. Players can also purchase games at the drive-thru.
The Arizona Lottery employs eight customer service representatives and other team members in Southern Arizona.
